I mean draw for me to come here is that
you have a company that’s making really
great and cool jeans product shirts and
you have them care about sustainability
and really integrate that into the
product is been really inspiring one
thing that really attracted me to this
company was the fact that they truly
create a global product as a supply
planner I think that’s one of one of the
most challenging things about working in
in a global company is that you how you
have a product that if you want to be
the same throughout the world and from a
supply chain perspective that makes
things really difficult but that’s what
makes it really interesting
what’s surprising about the people who
work here is that they really have a
passion and a love for what they’re
doing I’ve been in many meetings where
people are discussing you know their
projects and the line that they’re
actually developing for fall 2012 right
now and they love the product watching
the conception of one of our ideas
become realized in an actual project
that will be launched in a collaboration
with urban outfitters in the fall it’s
been one of those gratifying experiences
I could have asked for from a from an
internship we come in and you have the
opportunity to meet with so many people
that there really isn’t like a hierarchy
or levels of status within the company
there’s a lot of respect internally but
people are still willing to have a side
conversation with you touch base with
you talk to you about anything and
answer any questions that’s been
incredible everyone who works here is so
talented and amazing and I think we’re
all kind of in awe of everything that
they’re capable of but they really take
an interest in us and our talents and
what we have to offer
but I feel like I’m just as valuable
than B else on the team and that’s
pretty unique I feel like a lot of times
when you show up in an internship you
expected in getting coffee with the time
I’ve never got coffee for anybody but
myself
