like levi-strauss and hide Romani reach
out to the community and make sure that
people that are working in their in
their locations have what they need to
make a meaningful and healthy life I
think we all know stuff but they don’t
know really actually all the values at
all what we doing in you know even I
read a lot about the worker well-being
but I really understood what it means
right now from a business point of view
and from a you know ethical point of
view we trained in the morning and
learned about water sanitation and water
conservation efforts and just what it
means to what water means to us here on
earth when you read about it you
understand this program is impactful but
when you’re actually on the ground and
you see the outreach it’s just amazing I
think all of us are experiencing some
really amazing aha moments how we take a
lot of things for granted how workers
have a very different life and how
programs like these are making a
difference to their difference to their
lives happy people loyal people and
people who feel like their efforts
matter in a corporation are absolutely
better for business better for
productivity and every aspect of the
business it’s truly an enhanced level of
quality of the product it’s it’s it’s
part of quality what’s going on here and
I think anyone who buys a pair of Levi’s
or Dockers would be thrilled to know
they were made and produced at a hydro
money plant or any plant that’s engaged
in the worker well-being program it’s
going beyond the factory walls and it’s
like going into the house of people who
who make our product and just making
their life
and bathroom and I think it’s just such
a wonderful and just beautiful
experience to be able to see that and
participating that I would tell them
that the Service Corps experience will
change your life it will open your eyes
it will expand your horizons you’ll
understand things that you didn’t know
you didn’t know it is just an amazing
program to be able to meet other people
meet other cultures and to be able to
really connect in a meaningful way
Oh
